Orders Within Singapore - Free shipping, no minimums
For orders within Singapore, pay nothing for shipping and returns. As far as possible, your order will arrive at your desired address within 2-3 working days from the day you order.

For orders below SGD180* Doorstep delivery using SingPost SmartPac which will take 2-3 working days, with tracking. If no one is at the address, the package will be put in the mailbox. If your mailbox is full, it will be deposited at the nearest post office for collection. You may also select expedited shipping by courier for an additional S$10, to have your order arrive the next working day. Please ensure someone is at the address to receive the package or re-delivery charges may be incurred.
For orders above SGD180* You have a choice between SingPost Smartpac or courier delivery delivered the next working day. Both options have tracking. Please ensure someone is at the address to receive the package as re-delivery charges may be incurred. The courier delivers during typical work hours in the daytime.
For those shipping to an address where no one is present to receive the package, it is advisable to select the SingPost SmartPac delivery option so that it may be deposited in your mailbox or you can collect the package from the post office at your convenience.
No shipping on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. During sale periods, we reserve the right to change the shipping options.

You will need to supply a valid street address and phone number. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Pinwheel Jewels is not responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or fees that may be charged to ship to your specific locality. Pinwheel Jewels is also not responsible for any delays that may occur during international shipping and customs inspections.
Condition of products
Damages upon arrival
If an item that you purchased is found damaged upon arrival, contact us immediately, and we will send a new one in exchange of the damaged one (depending on availability) or offer a full refund. We can also send it to the manufacturer for repair as many of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty.
After 24 hours of receipt, if you do not inform us of damages, you may return the item but we will charge 30% of the amount you paid for the item, or choose to have it repaired by our local craftsman or the manufacturer (if under warranty). If you wish to have it repaired, shipping charges and all related fees will be borne by you.
Free returns within 7 calendar days
Yes, you read it right. Pay nothing to return purchased jewellery, within 7 calendar days. This means that our courier must pick up the items being returned no later than 7 calendar days from when the items were successfully delivered to you.
We know that you may sometimes want to return what you’ve bought because it didn’t quite match the outfit you had in mind. So we’ve made returning items easy. Contact us and we will send our courier to collect the item(s). You don’t have to pay courier charges, we will! You will be refunded the amount you paid within 5-7 working days (depending on your credit card company), after we have inspected the items and found them to be in good condition. It’s that easy. Please note that items in the Sale category can only be returned for a credit note.
After 7 days
International returns are accepted if items are returned within 7 days. The courier must pick up the items within 7 calendar days of when it was successfully delivered. Shipping charges, duties and taxes will be borne by you. After 7 days, we will charge 30% of the amount you paid for the item. No returns are accepted for items on Sale. Returns are not accepted after 14 calendar days from receipt.
Condition of returned items
We ask that returned items be in the same condition as when you received them, with the original packaging. Free returns are only for items returned in good condition because we have to get local craftsmen to repair the item. Goods damaged due to buyer's negligence will not be accepted.
Unreturnable items or items that can only be returned for store credit
With proper care, costume jewellery can last a lifetime and even increase in value, depending on the designer and the condition of the jewellery.
CLEANING YOUR JEWELLERY
Store jewellery in individual bags to prevent tangling and scratching. Small zip lock bags are one of the best ways to prevent tarnishing as it keeps contact with air and moisture to a minimum.
